An account ID is a unique identifier of your account in the system. It is used to log in to the Mateline or Web server. You are unable to change the account ID after setting it.
A user name is the alias of a user, which makes it easier for your colleagues to identify you. You can modify the user name multiple times by using Mateline from your phone or Web server.
